How much are the HOA dues and how do I pay them?
Dues are $100.00 per month due on the 1st they can be.

2. Dropped in the mail slot at the Clubhouse 1209 W C Ave. - Around the back of the building.

2. Road Repair & Maintenance of common areas, clubhouse expenses, administration & operating cost
Garbage Services:
Trash is collected by Waste Connections 360-892-5371. Please place garbage/recycle/yard debris on
the inside lane curb. Pick up is every Tuesday morning.
Sewer Services:
Provided and billed by City of La Center 360-263-2782
Parking:
Parking is PROHIBITED on the inside lane. That is a FIRE LANE and must remain free and clear
for all of our safety. One vehicle per household permitted to park on the street outside lane all other vehicle must
park in the overflow lot at the top of the hill.
Speed Limit 10 mph:
PLEASE! Keep your speed down to 10 mph within Country Hills Estates.
Clubhouse Availability:
The clubhouse is available to any of our residents at no charge. Call Edye Ross @ 360-980-9796
RV Parking:
Homeowners must get board approval to park RV in driveway. RV parking at the top of the hill may be used by residents. There is a $10.00 a month fee.
Pets:
Pets are allowed only as so long as to comply with the City of La Center guidelines. All dogs must be
on a leash.
